Homologation - important information
Homologation is the process of legalizing a vehicle in Slovenia, as a result of which the vehicle is registered in the Slovenian vehicle register with the replacement of registration numbers with local ones. All foreign vehicles imported into Slovenia for subsequent use in Slovenian traffic are subject to homologation. In the process of homologation, the technical characteristics of the vehicle are assessed, on the basis of which the calculation of the amount of taxes and fees payable to the budget of the Republic of Slovenia is made.
The period of use of vehicles with foreign plates on the territory of Slovenia is 1 month from the date indicated on the first residence permit card in Slovenia.
Within 12 months from the date indicated on the first Slovenian residence permit card, a car or watercraft can be imported on preferential terms, which will significantly reduce your costs..
In case of violation of the terms of homologation of the car, the owner loses benefits and the amount of expenses increases by tens of percent of the cost of the car.
When stopped by the police and a violation of the deadlines is detected, the owner of the car faces a significant fine, if the car is re-arrested.

We will select options for educational institutions of any level, based on the applicant’s education, we will accompany enrollment in an educational institution, paperwork and obtaining a residence permit. For reference: the deadline for applying to colleges begins in February, the decision on enrollment is made in July. Subject to availability, enrollment is possible from October.
